i have tried to learn CSS much to no avail. I can just about change some things using html but thats about it.

I have made my own layout on photoshop, its just i dont know how to do the coding to put it on my blogger or freewebs, both want CSS codes =/

Hey. I’m not making a request right now…I’ve seen some cool ones that I might use, and I don’t want to put you to any trouble :).

I’d just like to say this is an excellent resource for layouts. Seriously, you’ve done a WONDERFUL job on ALL of these. I’ve seen some other sites (tbf not many, but still THIS IS A COMPLIMENT lol) none as good as yours.
